The Swix/FasterSkier ‘Get Your Spring On’ Photo Contest

The 2009 season is over and most of us are looking ahead to 2010, but April is transition time. What are you doing this month – getting in your last skis on snow, out already on the rollers, hitting the weight room, touring the backcountry, relaxing, etc?  Send your best “Spring” photo to FasterSkier and you could win one of several ski-related prizes from Swix…not to mention everlasting fame! Theme: “Get Your Spring On”

Interpret it as you like. As long as it has something to do with Nordic skiing, it counts!  All entries should be submitted by the photographer; please include your name and mailing address, the individuals in the photo, the location, and the date.

Photo contest winners will be posted in a gallery during the week of May 4-8, 2009.

Anyone can participate. Regardless of whether you are a professional or an amateur. You can submit ONE photo per person, maximum! Images will be judged by FasterSkier.

Photos must be submitted electronically (via email) to: info@fasterskier.com, please put “Swix/Fasterskier Photo Contest” in the subject field.

Best of all, this contest is FREE! There are absolutely no entry fees… so enter today!
Are there prizes? Yes. But just think, you’ll get your really cool picture posted on FasterSkier as part of a winning photo gallery. Find your best photo and send it along. It only takes 5 minutes.

What you need to do to submit a photo:

-Email your photo (ONE maximum) to info@fasterskier.com by Thursday, April 30, 2009.
-Please include your name, mailing address, & phone number.
-Please include the names of each person in the photo, a caption for your photo, date photo was taken, and location of where photo was taken.
-Photo must be YOURS. If someone else took it and you didn’t get permission to send it in, we don’t want it.
